ABOUT JESSICA MCCARTHY
I’ve spent over a decade navigating the design world, honing a unique perspective shaped by both corporate and hands-on experiences. After Design School, I began my journey as the Creative Director for a groundbreaking virtual interior design startup, where I had the opportunity to design and style for high-profile clients, crafting editorial content for celebrities and leading the brand's overall creative direction. This role taught me the art of storytelling through spaces.
I then transitioned to the role of Director of Interior Design at a real estate tech startup, where I scaled design across more than 10,000 apartments globally. This fast-paced, high-scale environment gave me a different perspective from traditional design firms. I developed tools and systems to deliver cohesive, custom design at scale while maintaining a level of artistry that reflected the individuality of each space.
With this breadth of experience, I launched JAM x Creative, a design platform that garnered a following of like-minded maximalists and design lovers. My goal is to help clients tell their unique stories through design, stretching their imagination and transforming their spaces into creative retreats.
When not designing, you can find me spending time with my fiancé and our two dogs in Sausalito, CA.
